HEC has no scheduled outages to report at this time.
In the event that repairs or upgrades are scheduled to begin on equipment that will affect your electric service, HEC will make every effort to notify you in advance of the scheduled outage. In most cases, these notifications will be made by placing a note on the doorknobs of residences, indicating the day and estimated time of the outage. If you have any questions regarding the work that is to be performed that day or the time it will be performed, please feel free to contact us using the number listed on the notice during normal business hours.
Scheduled outages affecting commercial or industrial customers will be scheduled in person or by phone such that the interruption of business or production schedules may be minimized or avoided.
