Transfer Service

If you are a current HEC customer and would like your service transferred from one address to another, you may make this change via electronic mail, by calling us at (540) 434-5361 or at our office during normal business hours at 89 West Bruce Street, Harrisonburg, VA.

If applying via e-mail, please submit your request at least two business days prior to your service need. Please be sure your e-mail address and phone number are correct, as we will e-mail an acknowledgement that your information has been received and will be processed.

Required information includes customer's name, account number, current address of service, phone number and new service address.
