Customers may apply to disconnect service via electronic mail, by calling us at (540) 434-5361 or by visiting our office during normal business hours at 89 West Bruce Street, Harrisonburg, VA.
Required information includes customer's name, service address, date service is to be disconnected and a forwarding address for final bill and/or deposit refund. Services may be scheduled for disconnection Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
If applying by e-mail, please submit your request at least two business days prior to your service need. Please be sure your e-mail address and phone number are correct, as we will e-mail an acknowledgement that your information has been received and will be processed.
