Changing Your Mailing Address

If you are a current HEC customer and you would like your bill mailed to an address other than your service location, you may make this change via electronic mail, by calling us at (540) 434-5361 or at our office during normal business hours at 89 West Bruce Street, Harrisonburg, VA.

If applying via e-mail, please submit your request at least two business days prior to your service need. Please be sure your e-mail address and phone number are correct, as we will e-mail an acknowledgement that your information has been received and will be processed.

Required information includes customer's name, account number, current address of service, phone number, and new address the bill is to be mailed.
