Billed deposits not paid by the due date are subject to our regular late charges and collection procedures. We do not accept installment payments on security deposits. Deposits are refunded with interest after one year of service, if the customer has established a good credit rating with us. If the service is disconnected before the deposit is refunded, the deposit is applied toward the final bill. Any money left after paying the final bill will be refunded to the customer.
