At Harrisonburg Electric Commission, customer service has always been our top priority. Whether you're a new customer or have been receiving service from us for years, we appreciate your business.

Our Customer Service/Data Processing Department has six customer service representatives servicing more than 17,000 customers, including residential, commercial and government entities. It is our goal to make sure your energy services are reliable, your bills are accurate and the service is friendly.

Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to answer any questions you may have about your account. Please call us at 434-5361 with all your billing questions.
